Spreading the love of dance.
 PushPULL Dance is a non-profit dance organization of non-professional dancers that aims to give back to the community by spreading the love of dance.

With chapters in Ottawa and Toronto, we fundraise through our annual shows’ ticket sales in order to bring the community this scholarship opportunity.

This year, the ‘I Love Dance’ scholarship is intended for young dance enthusiasts in Ottawa between the ages of 12 and 17. Regardless of whether you dance, or would really like to have the opportunity to dance, this scholarship is for you!

Tell us why you love dance.
Our scholarship will grant its recipient with up to $770 toward their tuition to dance at any studio in the Ottawa area. 

In order to complete the application, we ask that you write a brief summary (200-500 words) on what dance means to you and why you love to dance.

​Please ask a parent or guardian to assist you in this process by completing Part 2 of the application and writing a brief summary (100-500 words) on why this scholarship would be important to you and your family.

The members of PushPULL Dance would like to acknowledge with humility and respect that we dance on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Mississauga, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat peoples, as well as on the unceded Anishinaabe Algonquin territory.  We acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa peoples.  We honour and recognize the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and Inuit, as well as all First Peoples worldwide.
