This year we had the opportunity to perform at one of the Dancing With Parkinson’s locations in Toronto; Christie Gardens. A dozen of our dancers performed a mini-show for about 80 residents, and we’re not sure who had more fun ~ us or the audience!

2021 was another cyber fundraising event for Dancing with Parkinson's (DWP), but that did not stop team PushPULL from raising money to support such a great program! We are thrilled that we topped our fundraising efforts from the previous year by raising $1462 for DWP! A big 'thank you' to everyone who contributed! (May 2021)

Les Femmes Music Video

We had a very special International Women's Day in 2018! It is with great pride and appreciation that we present to you all the release of the music video Les Femmes by music artist, Kristine St. Pierre.

This video was brilliantly filmed and edited by
Just Pixl. We hope you enjoy the choreography of our own powerhouse, Sarah Squizzato.

Local TV Connection

On April 30th of 2019, TV personality for Daytime Ottawa on Rogers TV, Dylan Black interviewed company members Zu Vuong and Natalie Dixon about the PushPULL Dance Ottawa Season 4 show, The Story of Us: The Human Condition. The interview was closed by a teaser of the emotional performance Chasing Ghosts choreographed by Zu and performed by our other company members Natasha Josselyn and Geneviève Roots.

The members of PushPULL Dance would like to acknowledge with humility and respect that we dance on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Mississauga, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat peoples, as well as on the unceded Anishinaabe Algonquin territory.  We acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa peoples.  We honour and recognize the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and Inuit, as well as all First Peoples worldwide. As with all things meaningful, words matter, but actions matter more. Let these words be a reminder of the work that is still to be done.
