Founded in 2004, PushPULL Dance is a company of adult dancers from a variety of backgrounds, who share a common passion for dance through performing and enhancing our individual dance repertoires. Many of us have busy vocations or demanding commitments that keep us busy "in real life" but we come together for our love of dance and performance.

We strive to be inclusive by welcoming technically proficient dancers as well as individuals with minimal training but who have a passion for dance performance and a willingness to commit to learning dance at a required level. PushPULL welcomes adult dancers of any age, gender, culture, or body type. To date, PushPULL has featured an expansive range of dance styles including jazz, contemporary, modern, ballet, tap, hip hop, swing, salsa, African, Bollywood, and traditional Chinese dance. Through the diversity of our members, we are able to create shows that embody a variety of dance styles. Where we arePushPULL originally launched in Toronto, Ontario and founded its Ottawa company in 2014. The Ottawa company performs its annual shows in May, and the Toronto company in June.
