Toronto Show Tickets

PushPULL Dance Toronto presents, our 19th annual show:

Those Were the Days

WHEN: May 31 - June 2 @ 8pm, June 3 @ 2pm
WHERE: Al Green Theatre, 750 Spadina Avenue, Toronto
PushPULL Dance Toronto is once again looking forward to welcoming a full house back to the Al Green Theatre and sharing this year’s multimedia performance, Those Were The Days. In an age in which technology seems to move us forward faster every day, we revel in looking back at the simpler times our memories hold with tenderness, melancholy, joy, laughter, and of course, dance.

PushPULL is a community company of diverse adult dancers who have never been satisfied to let the days of our childhood dance be relegated to the realm of the nostalgic. In spite of our busy lives, we all continue to make space for our love of dance and find time to create, collaborate, and express through dance, making new memories every year.

Please note that while mask mandates may feel a bit nostalgic at this point, mask wearing is still recommended at the theatre to protect the vulnerable folks in our audiences.

Adults - $25
Children (12 and under) - $15

The members of PushPULL Dance would like to acknowledge with humility and respect that we dance on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Mississauga, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat peoples, as well as on the unceded Anishinaabe Algonquin territory.  We acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa peoples.  We honour and recognize the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and Inuit, as well as all First Peoples worldwide. As with all things meaningful, words matter, but actions matter more. Let these words be a reminder of the work that is still to be done.
