Tickets are now on sale for our 18th annual production:

Simple Pleasures

About the show

After more than two years of dancing in our living rooms, PushPULL Dance Toronto is thrilled to be able to return to the stage for a multimedia performance sharing the Simple Pleasures that got us through the pandemic. From rainy days to porches and ice cream, from video games to trees and sweet dreams - each piece allows us to explore the most wonderful simple pleasure of all: dancing together again. As always, our two-hour show will feature a variety of dance styles, including Contemporary, Tap, Jazz Dance and Hip Hop.

PushPULL Dance is a company of non-professional, adult dancers which embraces the diversity of the dance backgrounds and life experiences of its members. We all "Simply" love dance and find time in our busy lives to create, collaborate, and express through dance.

The members of PushPULL Dance would like to acknowledge with humility and respect that we dance on the traditional territories of the Anishinaabe, Mississauga, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat peoples, as well as on the unceded Anishinaabe Algonquin territory.  We acknowledge that Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa peoples.  We honour and recognize the enduring presence of all First Nations, Métis and Inuit, as well as all First Peoples worldwide. As with all things meaningful, words matter, but actions matter more. Let these words be a reminder of the work that is still to be done.
